Congratulations to all the Havasu Hustlers for their exceptional performances at the Race for Hospice in Kingman this past Saturday. This Saturday’s group run will be the same as last week.   For those of you that need to get your run in before a busy day of work and chores, this is the group run for you! The Havasu Rogue Runners meet at various locations throughout Havasu and do 3-4 miles before work. This week they’re meeting at Chicago Title on Lake Havasu Ave. at 5:00 am

  This is not your ordinary lap swimming. Sam will assess your swimming abilities and put you in the lane she feels appropriate for your level (or to torture you). After a good warm-up, “enjoy” sprints, drills, pain and a cool down. This is a FANTASTIC hour long swim class which is perfect cross training for any runner! at 5:30 pm
