Beginner’s Run Program – CLASS IS NOW CLOSED TO NEW SIGN-UPS. NEXT CLASS WILL BEGIN IN JANUARY 2011
Want to run a 5k in just 10 weeks? Sign up today for our FREE Beginner’s Running Program starting Tuesday, January 11th 2011 at 5:30pm. This 10 week course will start members by walking 20 minutes with 20 seconds of jogging segments inserted and gradually increase the jogging portion until they are up to a full 5k (or 30 minutes) jogging non-stop. You should already be able to walk non-stop for 20 minutes prior to registering. Participants must register for the class by completing this form. It’s important to increase run time gradually which is why you should attempt to attend each class. Skipping or missing classes could lead to injury.
