Very cool! Yes, thanks Rhett for the Havasu Half plug. We'd really like to get the community involved and down to the start/finish area to cheer all you runners on so the more the word gets out the better!
I got home from work the other day and Brian said, "The training tees are here!" I looked at the envelope and noticed that they'd been hand-delivered! Wow! Thank you Karen! I'm sorry we were slackers and didn't arrange to get them from you. How gracious to bring them to us!
And… on today's run, I wore mine and so did a bunch of other folks around town! Way cool!
(and way cool to hear the HavasuHustler folks on Speak Out plug the run… I was on my way down to the island to do a 7 miler when I turned on the radio, heard someone talk about macular degeneration, and thought… hey that's Rhett! Good on him to mention the HM, too )
