Hey there! I'm interested in doing some or even all of the distance runs. I want to do the LV 1/2. I did seven by myself this weekend, although it was on a treadmill, anything more than that is more fun with company! How does it work?

Just go to the "Group Run" schedule, pick the time and distance that best works for you, and then just show up. Anywhere from 1 to 10 runners will typically be there. The Saturday morning run usually has a good turn out if you want to start with that. We look forward to seeing you there.

Look at our group run schedule and just show up. Karen posts the weekend group run about mid-week and if you aren't familiar with where to go post here or email Karen. There might be a few others doing the LV 1/2 or marathon so there shouldn't be a problem finding training partners. What kind of pace do you typically run?

Will do thanks. I'm trying to do the distance runs at around 10 minute miles. The training schedule I'm following is to get me at 9 min miles for the race..haha we will see about that :) Training partners are great I will try to be there!!

Good. We have a couple runners at that pace and some will even get the adrenaline flowing and have you going a little faster; faster can be good.
