   Hey Rhett, it's good to see you back posting on the website. How are you healing? Have you been doing any running at all? What's the prognosis?

   Thanks Karen. I took a long break from posting, because it was too depressing not being able to run. The last few weeks I've been getting is some running miles. My foot is still not 100%, but it is close. I am going to do the 3 mile race on Saturday just to see where I am at with my fitness right now. I'm sure it will be depressing, but I gotta start somewhere. I look forward to seeing everyone there.
